Man Left Wounded in Rotherham Leading to Three Arrests

Police were called to an off-licence on Rawmarsh Hill in Rotherham after reports of a man being left wounded following a fight between three men and one women.

Police said a man from Rawmarsh, aged 25, suffered injuries to his chest and was transferred to hospital. He was said to have been released. A man of 31 said to be from Sheffield suffered from a minor cut to his head and police arrested him on suspicion of wounding.

A woman from Rawmarsh, aged 23, was also arrested on suspicion of assault along with a 32 year old male, also from the Rawmarsh region, who was arrested on suspicion of affray.

All three men were released while police investigate the disturbance.
